Each traveler must have the correct name information on their tickets in accordance with the rules. If the name change is completed within roughly 24 hours of the time of booking for up to 4 characters, the travelers will receive a free authorisation to use this Volaris change name service. After 24 hours, there will be a fee for name correction. The Volaris authority site allows name changes up until the day before the flight's departure.
